Wardrobe Units (Side-by-Side)

Each card is one complete almirah unit with its own dimensions and settings.

Global Settings

These settings apply to all wardrobe units.

Back Ply Options

Method Descriptions:

  • After Side: Back ply nailed behind sides. Partitions/shelves depth = Side depth (no reduction).
  • Pattam: Socket in sides/top/bottom. Partitions/shelves depth = Depth − Back Ply.
  • Groove: Channel cut at distance. Partitions/shelves depth = Depth − (Groove Dist + Back Ply + Margin).

Groove Settings (when using Groove method):

Partition/Shelf Depth Formula:

• After Side: Depth (same as side depth)

• Pattam: Depth − Back Ply

• Groove: Depth − (Groove Distance + Back Ply + Margin)


Back Ply Coverage

Profile Light Markings

Applies to all columns of the base wardrobe. Vertical grooves are on the vertical sides; horizontal grooves are on top / bottom boards.

Horizontal grooves

Bottom groove faces outside structure; others face inside.

Edge Banding

Carcass Edge Banding

Front edge reduced by 2× tape thickness.

Door count is set per unit. These settings apply to all units.


Glass Shutters

Glass panel size in cutlist will be 6 mm loose in width & height from shutter size. Aluminium profile cutting lengths and glass details will appear in the cutlist / hardware list.
